Matthew Arndt
President & CEO

After developing Internet marketing strategies for countless companies, Matthew Arndt discovered a big need for comprehensive digital marketing strategies that delivered consistent results and ROI. He founded Turbo Medical Marketing in 2009 to not just fill that need, but also provide a level of expertise and service offerings that are unparalleled in the industry.

Matt has always been “the techy entrepreneur”. Even in college, he started a successful company called “PackMyDorm”, a full service moving and storage company that was virtually based and operated out of Davis, CA in association with Bekins Van Lines. He operates Turbo under the same principles he teaches, which is why you’ll see him all over the social web in blogs, articles, videos and networks.

Turbo keeps him busy, but in his limited spare time, Matt enjoys traveling, SCUBA diving, swimming, sailing, snowboarding, and spending time with his family and friends. Matt was also a member of the UC Davis Men’s Varsity Swim Team. He still trains and competes in swimming and open water events and currently resides with his wife and daughters in Newport Beach, CA.

Tom Sullivan
COO

Tom brings many years of business experience to Turbo Medical Marketing. He has worked with Matt in the past in various business ventures, and his expertise is in internet marketing, search engine optimization, social media marketing, e-commerce, and lead generation. Tom has worked as consultant for a wide variety of businesses, from small “Mom and Pop” businesses to multi-million dollar corporations, both in the US and abroad. His success in business stems from his desire to do “whatever it takes” for his clients to be successful. More importantly, Tom is able to draw from his marketing experience as an entrepreneur and apply these same techniques and strategies for his clients.

Tom received his BA in Business Management Economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz. He is a former collegiate rugby player and he enjoys golfing, softball, snowboarding, camping, and playing with his dog Yogi in his spare time. Tom lives with his wife in Charleston, SC.

Clayton Joyner
CGO, VP Sales

Clayton Joyner is a highly accomplished and results-driven Digital Consultant with over a decade of successful new business development, competitive sales/marketing, and business leadership experience. Clayton is a student of graphic design, Neuromarketing, User Experience(UX), and currently holds digital marketing certifications in both Customer Value Optimization and Customer Acquisition. Clayton’s primary pursuit is increasing his client’s market value through the strategic achievement of corporate goals and objectives. Clayton is both energetic and mission driven with a genuine passion for Customer Experience (CX). Finding the perfect balance between business development goals and ensuring optimal customer experience is a primary driver of his “win win” philosophy.

Rendy Lynn Opdycke
Marketing Account Manager

Academically, Rendy attained a B.A. in Communication with a Media Emphasis and Minored in Leadership from the University of San Diego in 2006 as a student-athlete, then went on to obtain an M.Ed. in Athletic Administration from the University of Southern California in 2008. She says “Google Me” for more details. Rendy has assisted in the publication of two books regarding endurance sports as a contributing athlete. 1.) Ultra Performance, the psychology of endurance sports by Paul Moore_ Published by Bloomsbury Sport. 2.) The World’s Toughest Endurance Challenges by Richard Hoard & Paul Moore_ Published by Bloomsbury

Rendy represented the United States on two National Teams (Open Water Swimming & Modern Pentathlon) and was a shortlisted athlete on the Modern Pentathlon Team for the 2012 Olympic Games. In addition, she also holds 2 world records in Open Water Swimming: 1.) Youngest athlete to complete the Santa Barbara Channel, 2.) For completing the “Triple Crown” of Marathon Open Water Swimming in the shortest time period (36 days). She recently competed in Ironman Florida (11/05/2016).

These days Rendy works out of Turbo’s Orange County Office. She brings her competitive nature with her to work each day, and you can bet she applies that to her client’s marketing! Her motto is: “Impossible is just a word.”

Lucy Noble
Marketing Account Manager

Lucy began her marketing career at the College of Charleston where she earned a B.A. in Communication & Media Studies. Her introduction to the medical industry began early on, her first job was with biotech company, Biogen, in their meeting management services department. After spending two years in the hospitality & events industry, she realized her passion for social media & digital marketing. Lucy’s experience with social media marketing, e-commerce and website development made for an easy transition to the Turbo team, and she hopes to bring her creativity and enthusiasm to her clients work!

Lucy works out of the Turbo Charleston offices. In her free time she is an instructor at Studio Barre, and enjoys trying new restaurants, running, and going to the beach.

Karly Robinson
Marketing Account Manager

Karly graduated from Gonzaga University in 2012 with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance & Marketing. Shortly following graduation, she moved to Seattle, WA to join the Project Management team at Wunderman, a full-service creative agency. Karly has managed several digital campaigns for her past clients involving e-mail, landing pages, SMS, video and banners. This experience, coupled with a constant desire to learn and evolve with the latest marketing trends makes her a valuable asset to our Turbo team.

Karly works out of the Turbo Charleston office. Yes, she made the long drive from Seattle to move down South and could not be happier with the warmer weather! However, she will greatly miss the quick drive up to the mountains to hit the ski slopes. When not at work, you can probably find Karly at the dog park chasing after her welsh corgi, rearranging the furniture in her apartment, or hanging out with friends.

Mariah Bliss
Director of Copywriting

Mariah Bliss is a professional copywriter with almost a decade of experience in creating results-driven content, including articles, blogs, and other forms of digital media. Mariah’s introduction to the world of copywriting began in 2007, when she moved to the UK to pursue studies in English Literature. Today, Mariah is an accomplished copywriter, having been named a #1 top ranked copywriter by professional site Guru.com.

Mariah received her Bachelor’s degree at Franklin & Marshall College and her Master’s degree at King’s College London. In her free time she enjoys running, travelling, and spending time with her husband and two dogs in their home in Cambridge, MA.
