Change Order - Diversified Ad Budget

This Change Order (the “Order”) is entered into by and between Turbo Social Media, Inc  and -  (“Client”) and amends and/or is hereby incorporated into the Service Agreement (as amended from time to time, the “Agreement”) under which Turbo agreed to provide website development and marketing services as described in such Agreement. All capitalized terms used in this document but not defined shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
 
To the extent that any of the terms or conditions contained in this Order may contradict or conflict with any of the terms or conditions of the Agreement, it is expressly understood and agreed that the terms of this Order shall take precedence and supersede the Agreement.

This is for adding Turbo's Diversified Ad Budget to Your Plan.  Please note that these charges may be made outside of your normal billing cycle for your Gold Plan.  The charges are non-refundable, and we will use your payment method on file.

  5. The charges are non-refundable, and we will use your payment method on file.  If you pay using a credit card, the normal 3% convenience fee will be added to your billing.  If you would like to avoid this fee, please fill out our ACH Authorization here: https://www.turbomedicalmarketing.com/pay/
  6. Media Buying Fees (Yelp being Exempted) will be added as separate line item (20% for Non-Executive Members, and 15% for Gold Executive & Silver Executive Members).

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Turbo and Client, intending to be legally bound, have executed and delivered this Agreement effective the later of the two signature dates below.
